Returns & Refunds Policy
Personalised & Custom Orders
All personalised, custom‑made and made‑to‑order items are non‑refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Each item is created especially for you, so returns cannot be accepted for change of mind.
Non‑Personalised Items
Non‑custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Crafty Wishes within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. A replacement or refund will be arranged once the issue has been confirmed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, work may have already begun on your personalised item.
Return Address
Returns will only be accepted once you have contacted Crafty Wishes and received confirmation. The return address will be provided during that communication.
