All items are handmade to order. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation by email or message.

If you need to make changes, please contact Crafty Wishes within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, work may have already begun on your item.

Payments are processed securely through the website using PayPal or bank transfer. Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Delivery details are outlined in our Delivery Policy. Once your order has been delivered to the agreed safe place, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Personalised and custom items are non‑refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

Every effort is made to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. All items are handmade, so minor differences between products are normal and part of their charm.
